How to make an appointment:-

First contact is usually by telephone or e-mail. Please bear in mind that a response may take a few days. An assessment session will be offered to discuss your requirements and difficulties in more detail, and to consider the appropriateness of different types of therapy for you. This normally lasts 30 minutes, and is not charged if treatment does not follow. Onward referrals which require further work will be charged.

Length of treatment varies according to the nature of the problem, but is agreed before treatment begins, and regularly reviewed (normally every six sessions).

Requests for appointments are accepted from GPs, private individuals over 18 and couples. If you think that your treatment may be covered by private insurance please contact them to establish the terms of your policy before beginning treatment. Private appointments  for individuals and couples are available in Lyndurst, Hampshire at my office or the Fenwick Hospital, Lyndhurst, by arrangement.

Fees: £75.00 per session hour for individuals, couple sessions usually require 1,5 hours and are charged accordingly. Reduced rates for trainee psychologists and students.
